A regular  presenter at the Adoptive Parents Committee (APC) and Concerned Persons for Adoption (CPFA) annual conferences. On the faculty of the Ridgewood Community School, teaching a class entitled “What it Means to be Adopted: Adoption Through the Eyes of a Child” A faculty member of Rutgers School of Social Work, Institute for Families, Continuing Education and Professional Development Program teaching a class entitled “Issues in Transracial Adoption”. Employed as Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services for YCS (Youth Consultation Services) an agency that works with adopted children/children in foster care.
